"If I could give no stars I would, she started out ok until I got pregnant and was experiencing shortness of breath. When I called her office the nurse told me to go to the ER which I did. At the ER I was given medication for congestion and sent on my way. I was still having breathing trouble the next couple of days after my ER visit. I called her office at WPG, the day after the ER and explained on the message service that my pre-existing asthma had worsened since pregnancy and I knew it wasn’t congestion. Dr. Anderson and her office did not call me back, they only called when they noticed I was trying to switch OBGYNs through MOGA which is a “sister practice”. When the nurse called she tried to argue that she never got my message and that she had talked to me the day that I called, which she didn’t! I finally got a response from Dr. Anderson through the same rude nurse and without seeing me, she decided to prescribe me an antibiotic that I didn’t need. I managed to find another OBGYN who saw me that same day and referred me to a pulmonary doctor who prescribed the proper medication. This is my first pregnancy and I didn’t need a lazy OBGYN that lacks patient care and urgency…. PLEASE SEEK CARE FROM ANOTHER PROVIDER AND PRACTICE DURING PREGNANCY!"

"Please read. This could save your life. She was the on call OBGYN for my delivery. I had a scheduled C- Section and went into labor early. She showed up smiling and seemed very nice. After my C section, I was passing in and out of consciousness to find out that I had blood in my abdomen. I was transferred to Intensive CARE!! My blood count was 18, (very low considering normal blood count is 30ish) She was no where to be found. She never showed up to my room, held my hand, tell me it would be okay or be accountable for this mistake. Noone knows what actually happened and why I was losing blood. We were looking for Mrs. Anderson. My family wanted to see and speak to the doctor that performed my C- Section. This doctor did not show up afterward. Disappeared. Please Find a doctor who has the professionalism, Empathy, Courtesy, and Humanity to come visit and acknowledge what has happened. Especially, if you are in ICU and need 4 blood transfusions. Today it has been a month we still do not know where she is or have heard from her. I just thank God I am here today."

"Dr. Anderson-Brooks was great. This is my first pregnancy and she was extreme understanding with my rambling and questions. I felt like I was at a family medical practice. The staff (especially Kim, the young lady that drew my blood, and the lady who did my ultrasound) at the Germantown location were all awesome. I am so thankful that I found this location. I am looking forward to my experience thanks to how they aimed to make me comfortable, answer all of my questions, listen to my concerns, and educate me about the experience.
