"December 8th. I was referred to see Dr. Martin per my primary care physician. I get in the exam room and was told I just had a pap . I'm fully aware, I here for my irregular pap smear. I then proceed to give her my medical records from my phone , because she dont have them. ( i didnt make the appt, i was referred and was informed they sent my records)and once she reads them from my mobile device.
