John Schorge, MD, has recently joined the University of Tennessee Health Science Center as the chair of obstetrics and gynecology (OB/GYN) at their location on 880 Madison Avenue in Memphis, Tennessee. With almost thirty years of experience, Dr. Schorge comes from Tufts Medical Center in Boston and is a renowned gynecologic oncologist.

In his new role, Dr. Schorge will be working closely with Regional One Health to enhance their cancer program, focusing on providing comprehensive care for women with cancer in the Mid-South region. He will also oversee the obstetrics department, known for handling complex pregnancy cases with expertise and care.

Dr. Schorge's arrival at UTHSC brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the faculty, ensuring top-notch care for pregnant patients with challenging medical conditions. His impressive background includes leadership positions at prestigious medical institutions and numerous awards for his contributions to the field of OB/GYN.
