"Dr. Williams is the most knowledgeable and caring doctor I've ever seen. She won't hesitate to send you to a specialist if she feels it is necessary. The specialist she sent me to was very impressed with her knowledge and the medications she gave me before I saw him. She even saw, before I did, that there were medications I needed and she was absolutely right. Will definitely cry if she retires while my husband and I are still here."
"I am usually happy with my experience with Dr. Williams. I have not been to see her in 7 months. I have had other doctor apps. I feel like she should have reached out to me to find out why I haven't been. I usually go after several weeks to check my blood pressure and blood sugar levels."
"Dr. Williams and her staff are professional, polite and very good listeners. Staff are ready at the appointed time and I never feel rushed. Dr. Williams is very thorough and organized during the visit. She is a very good listener and patient oriented. She clarifies when needed and patiently answers my questions. I'm so thankful for her!"
"Sadly I cannot recommend this provider to anyone. My experience with Dr. Williams was less than desirable. My mother-in-law was a resident in an area nursing home and Dr. Williams was one of the providers in the facility. My wife and I hired Dr. Williams to manage her care. Shortly after hiring her, the nursing home made a mistake in caring for my mother-in-law. Dr. Williams met with us and her conversation with us was condescending and disrespectful to say the least. Dr. Williams took the side of the nursing home instead of considering the interests of the patient and the concerns of the family she was charged with caring for. On a separate occasion, when my mother-in-law fell ill while in the nursing home, Dr. Williams refused to listen to our concerns and would not entertain our requests for treatments that had helped her for similar illnesses in the past. Dr. Williams initially refused to treat my mother-in-law and then prescribed the wrong treatment for her. Unfortunately, we did not discover this was the wrong treatment until my mother-in-law was rushed to the emergency room. We were told by the hospital that the damage had already been done and they would try to reverse it but were unsure if they would be able to. Unfortunately, they were not able to correct it and my mother-in-law passed a few weeks later. To exacerbate matters, we told Dr. Williams that her services were no longer needed after we became disgusted with the treatment she provided. After being informed she was no longer needed, Dr. Williams contacted the nursing home which resulted in my mother-in-law not being able to return to the facility for hospice care. This created another problem of trying to find a place for my mother-in-law to receive hospice care while the hospital was ready to discharge her. Not something a family should have to do when a loved one is near death. Especially after she made the mistake. My experience with Dr. Williams had previously been very good, which was why I was so shocked at the treatment she provided us and my mother-in-law. During the brief time she cared for my mother-in-law, she was condescending, talked down to my wife and I, and refused to listen to any questions we had about her care. She was also unwilling to listen to any recommendations we provided on her care, even though we had been helping care for her and her condition for several years. She was very short with us and acted put-out at anything we said. If you are looking for a provider for you or your loved one, I would look elsewhere. In my opinion, there is never an excuse for the treatment we received from Dr. Williams."
"Dr. Williams is such a caring, kind and thorough physician. Whether you go in for wellness check or for an illness she goes over all your test results and your diagnosis for the visit, she also gives you copies of your test. I love the fact that she always discuss treatment plans with you with other options. She has never over medicated us. Her staff is the Best, they treat you more like a friend than a patient. Her office is Always clean and such a calm relaxing place. We are Thankful, and very Appreciative to have her as our doctor. ❤❤❤"
