"Everyone was super nice and I enjoyed talking with them. However, the surgery experience and post-surgery recovering process has not been pleasant. I don't know what happened during the surgery, as I was under general anesthesia, but I have the feeling that they tried "very hard", both physically and psychologically, to remove my implant. Today is the fourth day after the surgery, my mouth or face is still as swelling as the first day, I have a cut under my tougue which looks like from a kind of medical device that helped to stablize my mouth during the surgery. Everything is healing very slowly, I have been having liquid food since the surgery day, every movement of my mouth and jaw is accompanied with dumb but severe pain.. I had an implant taken out in San Francisco 4 years ago, it was not as suffering as this time, I did not have any swelling and it took me only one day to recovery to normal, importantly, they didn't use general anesthesia on me so that I was totally conscious during the procedure. If there was no comparison, I probably couldn't realize the pain I'm suffering right now is actually not normal. And I'm still wondering what have they done to me during the procedure when I had no conscious.."

"I can not say enough amazing this about Dr Whitworth and his entire staff!! I had to have an implant done. I was in a car accident back in september and recieved 2 major surgeries. I have barely been walking for 6 weeks. Going in for another surgery was daunting to say the least! This office was so incredibly accomodating and friendly! From the very first visit I felt well taken care of. The consult was very informative. I had all questions answered. Preop and post op instructions were incredibly thorough! The environment of the surgical suite was incredibly relaxing. There was music playing and everyone took the time to introduce themselves as they entered the room. Today (1 day post op) I recieved this amazing bouquet of flowers from them and my dentist! Dr Whitworth also called me personally after my surgery to check on me and to see if I had any questions! I have had plenty of surgeries in my life and I have never had this type of customer service from any doctors office before! They truly go above and beyond!"
