"The employees need to have a remap of their sitting positions at this branch. Be mindful I only went in to help my elderly father in law. My own aaa plan was established over the phone. (5 stars, experience) It took 3 people to finally understand what was needed, yet no one had proper customer service skills, starting off with introducing them selves. ** keep reading below for the honest truth ** read at your own risk. A college degree, nor a nice outfit is going to help a customer if you have no real world experience. 1) facial expressions, plays a big key factor when the employee is putting their feelings in over actually taking the time to “want to assist” a customer. 2) per Doctor Google, the Elk Grove branch is the only location opened on a Saturday, in all of Sacramento County. So get ready to welcome ALL OF SACRAMENTO to my beautiful home town of Elk Grove :). This means, you have customers driving over 30mins to this branch. So, when person #2 slaps you with a hard no, mind you, she never took the time to research any information for a paying customer. She jumped on the phone to repeat “her training” that someone else had coached her on. It quickly reminded me that you can not fix stupid, especially when someone is just at work to gather a pay check. 3) The inexperienced seat warmers, do not know how to map out common sense with a real world experience with a live customer. It is okay to swallow the big pill of “constructive criticism” it will literally help humble your ego. 4) The only helpful employee here was at the DMV window. She was the only one that gave out a free smile and reassurance that my father in law’s money was going to be used correctly to pay the bills. 5) With how quickly Sacramento county is growing from all of the transplants from the Bay Area. The big eye opener is that all ages and colors of people will be working odd end jobs to have their bills met. This means that now there is a wide cultural of inexperienced folks living in the real world now."

"Customer service at the front.. not so good. We’re 10 minutes in to closing and The lady who supposedly works at the other branch told us to go back and get my spouse who isn’t able to walk cause of a broken knee when AAA doesn’t even do that. You can process paperwork on the behalf of someone. She tried to say she wasn’t DMV but we went to this branch to give them paperwork for a handicapped placard and kept saying we needed to go to the actual dmv. long story short she told my mother to come before 5pm cause that’s when they close and not 4:30pm or we would of been there. Her attitude definitely could have been better and her professionalism. so today 11/18/23 to the brunette that was handling everything please be more knowledgeable at which branch you work at if you don’t originally work at the elk grove branch."
