"I never would have thought I'd be leaving a one star review for State Farm. Had them off and on for going on 29 years, and until this office, never had problems with them. This is directly pointed towards this office. We have on several occasions dropped off a check that didn't get applied. Just learned our insurance rate doubled this renewal due to "vandalism & break ins" in the Memphis area. First off, they don't cover ANYTHING stolen from inside your vehicle, and the $500 deductible is 2x the cost of just replacing the broken glass. I unfortunately have had my truck broken into and did not file a claim.Mr White is personable enough, but he has a guy working there, Jeremy, who I've found to be nothing but condescending and rude over the few times Ive had to deal with him. Told me our policy was canceled due to "non payment", to which i said well i guess thats a good thing because we want to cancel;( they have been payed, btw, he just isnt seeing it for some reason) to which he replied " Well yall will have to come in , and Lynsey will have to cancel due to us having 2 vehicles on the policy....Will be taking our business elsewhere. After 5 years, no claims, they don't even have the decency to pick up a phone and explain why our rates literally are more than the vehicle payments out of the blue."

I went in looking for life insurance that was affordable for me and my family and came out with not only life insurance but they helped me save a extra $100 a month on auto insurance. I would have did renters insurance with them but I'm trying to buy a house soon SO I'll definitely be back for home owners insurance.
