"Had my first accident due to someone's fault. Called the body shop that my car was at after a week of not getting a phone call back from FBIC and the body shop had no clue why it was there. Left voice messages with the insurance adjuster with no reply from them. A different agent called requesting information after almost 2 weeks of silence. I called back to give her the information but she was out of the office all three times I called to give the information needed. This has been a hassle to just get an answer from someone who knows something about my claim. I'm very disappointed in how this has been handle especially since it is my first accident and I wasn't at fault."
