"The representative was new, went to get a quota for insurance for a 18/19 year old first time driver right. Well I repeated all of the information back to him. Had to repeat my birthday back more than 3 times. I’m thinking this is a good price a month 187$ down and 179$ a month. It was too good to be true after Andre there new representative I pray u don’t get, took my money and I thought I was paying for my insurance just for him to have my birthday in wrong he went back and changed it and the next thing I know my rates went from 179 a month like said. to 345$ a month. Just because of him messing it up and that’s not all I call the manger the manger says he’s gonna listen to are call of him saying my birthday wrong and see if he could do anything. To not even return my call the day of not today. This insurance company is garbage just wants to take your money and give u the run around and and not fix any of your problems, there quote over the Phone recording should be “YOUR, NOT IN GOOD HANDS” just amateurs."

"I had car issues, called the office. Larry Hale answered shared with me the protocol. That was unsuccessful I called back Larry answered again this time he stayed on the line with me until the situation was resolved. He offered to come and pick me up and drop me where I needed to go. Such care and good customer service!"
