"I’ve been going to this salon for quite a while now.. last time I went there was a new girl who i haven’t seen before and she did my eyebrows… It hurt so bad, she even cut my skin. It was swollen and you can see where she messed up. Location is convenient but I would not let her do my eyebrows again."

"I really wanted to like this place because the location is convenient. However after getting my eyebrows done my eyes broke out with acne. I never experienced this with threading. I can only imagine the person who did it did not have clean hands. I never saw her wash them or disinfect her hands after handling other clients or money. I wish they wore gloves or sanitized prior to service."

"With all the great reviews I decided to give them one more chance. My service was so painful, I’ve got threading done for years and never encountered someone that is so rough. Place wasn’t busy, it was early and I was hopeful but ultimately disappointed. The first time, got my full face threaded, was left with so many small marks on my face, like cuts and my skin was beyond irritated. I also got a “facial” because she recommended it that day.I figured it was a one off. Second time, today, I brought my son for his eyebrows and I wanted to do upper lip. Different threader, seemed to me she didn’t care to do a good job, didn’t do proper sanitary prep or after care. My service was so painful, I’ve got threading done for years and never encountered someone that is so rough."
