"I have been in a lot of ultas. This one too and my experience is always nice but this time it was not. The cashier Brianna curly mid hair was rude. She was talking about the customers right in front of me saying “look the one over there she’s not even dressed . So rude and kept telling the other cashier other rude things. She was rude and had an attitude She did not smile once and barely even spoke to me .not humble at all."

"I always shop here for my makeup, usually people are very nice regardless if its busy or not. Today’s experience isn’t necessarily a deal breaker for me but it did make the experience not so pleasant. One of the ladies named Angelique had a lot of attitude , she said next in line while helping another guests and slid down to anothwr computer and i said oh which side lol i always get confused girl she was like whatever , no smiling the whole time i made the exchange just a bland and awkward type of customer service. I asked her if i need to take my card out for the refund she ignored me , and as i also tried to email my receipt she reached over and touched the pad herself and choice just to print and then she gqve me something to sign no words and im like um okay am i good now she said yea . And i walked out and im like dang what a damper lol"

"The wife loves this store, prefers it over Sephora since this store is bigger and there is ample parking room. Plus Sephoras are located in malls so it’s inconvenient to go to them. On the other hand Ulta at Anaheim Plaza is super accessible and we come here weekly so it’s always easier to just pick up our weekly groceries and do our errands at Anaheim plaza then go to Ulta instead of having to go to a mall for just 1 make up store. I recommend this store."

"I got to the store around 8:15 PM. to return and exchange products that I ordered online but arrived damaged. One of the staff helped me and went to get the necessary items to replace my order. I received my products around 8:55 p.m. When I checked my order in my car, I found that my order was incomplete. I immediately went back just to let them know my order was short. Security asked one of the ladies if he could open the door and the lady said no because it was already closed. There were still more customers inside, however, they weren't able at least to hear what I wanted. I got back to my car and called the store to try to explain what the problem was but the lady who answered the phone started to listen and suddenly she said "it's closed come back tomorrow (). Rarely visit the Ulta stores, most of the times I have ordered my products online, however i think the stores should have better customer service."

"I really don't frequent Ulta because its a bit pricey. I'm not a big girly girl, but my daughter wanted me to get something for me. I will say that Dana was patient and kind to help me find the right match of products. She was very knowledgeable and explained what I needed and didn't pressure me. I know that's a concern when frequenting certain places. I did buy 1 reasonably priced item and will heed Dana's directions. I look forward to returning."
