"Always good! Grandsons love to celebrate their birthdays there."
"Was with them when my mom passed as her life insurance was there. Now I am a loyal customer too."
"Don’t recommend… trouble sending temporary insurance cards, trouble canceling policy’s, taking your money without giving you insurance coverage. As a first time insurance customer I’m not pleased with how things have been handled."
"Ive had many claims over the thirty plus years I've done business with them and I've never had a problem. They've always paid in a timely manner with no problems what so ever. What more could you ask for? We have our autos and home owners and some life insurance here and always will. They couldn't be nicer. We've done our business with them for so long that Dickey wasn't even the original agent when we first started doing business with them. Suddenly I'm drawing a blank when trying to recall the original agents name but he was a very nice man that used to come by our house back in the day, until he retired. He was a pleasure to work with and Dickey is as well."
"I had business with this office for over 10 years. Mr. Richard's office handled my dads life insurance (he passed April 2014) auto as well as my home owners insurance. The death claim was paid on my father and since then I had THE WORST service ever. I began having problems with my payment going through my account (even though there were adequate funds available). They continued to process and allow payments to return with no calls of concern. I ended up catching the problem myself and addressing it in their local office. Since they could offer NO explanation to their continued processing error I began paying by check. Be mindful while in the branch with an associate present, I called my bank and they informed us there had been no payments from them presented against my account NOR had there been ANY returned items on my account. Finally, problems arose again. Three days ago, I called to check on my auto insurance and was told it had cancelled (again no call) because my check was returned. Here's the kicker, they said due to an invalid routing # on my check. I phoned my bank in the presence of Mr. Richard and the bank verified the routing # printed on my checks (account I have had for 15 years) was indeed correct. They also said they had no record of any payment for that amount being presented against my account. Mr. Richard simply scratched his head and said he didn't understand. He did call his home office and I sat in his office for almost an hour while he was on hold. Finally he spoke to someone who verified they had an extra "4" in the routing number that should not have been there. He said it was not a problem and sent me to a young lady in his office to take care of it. Jessica was wanting to rewrite my policy, showing a lapse in coverage informing me it was my fault and not theirs. She was extremely rude continuing to interrupt me when I would speak. She was SO rude I ended up walking out of her office and back into Mr. Richard's. Mr. Richard assured me he would contact the underwriters the following day and ask for an exception to reinstate my policy showing no lapse in coverage because he could not figure out how they processed my check with a wrong routing number, not to mention he claims he has a college student that he pays to call clients when there are problems with their account. Funny, after being a client for so long, she never called to inform me there was a problem with mine. Regardless, as I left his office he shook my hand and thanked me for giving him an opportunity to fix the problem and said "I don't deserve your business, but thank you". Little did I know there were no truer words, he did not deserve it. The following day, after not hearing from him as promised, I called him. He informed me he was not able to get the over ride to reinstate. I told him it was wrong and he knew it was wrong. Being that the check was never presented against my account I can't even get a copy of it. I have sensed moved my auto insurance, paying a higher premium because I show a lapse in coverage. I am also in the process of moving my home owners as well. If I cant trust them to handle coverage on my 30k car I sure can't trust them to handle the 220k policy on my home and dwelling. It is sad after so many years of service that they would lose such a good customer. I find it even more sad that they don't care. Since April while going in and out of the office in an effort to find out what the problems were with my account there were always different faces and people claiming to be new. The turn over rate has been over the top. As an agent, you should value those that add value to your business. State Farm may be a great company but I assure you their motto Like a Good Neighbor is not true in this case. I live approx. one mile from this office and this is not the kind of neighbor I need looking after my assets and liabilities."
