"Chris contacted me as I am new to Medicare and looking for a plan. I am sure he knows his job very well and is extremely efficient. However, I never got that far because he was rude and frustrated because I was not keeping up with the rapid-fire information he was providing while trying to write it down. He insisted that everyone gets the Advantage plan, and NO ONE gets Plan G. I explained that a close doctor friend of mine (who is retired and never treated me) had warned me about how the Advantage plan is not a good plan, and he scoffed at me as to why I would believe my friend of 20 years. I left the conversation feeling upset and insulted. For that reason, I will NOT be contacting Chris in the future, but I wish him all the luck in the world. Get a different job Chris if you cannot deal with 65+ year old people."
