"My company was denied coverage for arson. Of all the reasons the insurance company alleged in order to refuse to pay, the only one accurate was Neal & Co incorrectly filled out the application. Legal action followed, in which Neal represented themselves but not me, their client. Eventually the insurance company offered a settlement, which I signed on Neal's advice. They said I could trust them it was the best I could get. Well, even though I was the primary insured, I never got a dime. It all went to the secondary insured, who as it turns out... was the agent's daughter. Not to be trusted."
