"If I could give a 0 for this salon I would, I don’t recommend to come here at all. I came to the salon with no appointment and the lady was nice enough to get me one and told me to come back at 5:00 pm and when I came back, two hairstylists kept arguing with me that I didn’t have an appointment at 5:00 until one of them came to check on the computer and realized that I did. So the person who was suppose to cut my hair came to the front desk and said that since he had another appointment I had to wait until 5:30 then proceeded to tell me that instead of being $35 it was going to be $50 because I have a lot of hair which is just unethical, unprofessional, and unorganized. I think I just saved my hair from being butchered."

"They are some nice women, and they do a great job on hair - even real long hair. The Receptionist is real personable. I get the impression they make every effort to accommodate you and do a really good service on your hair. I had a good experience. Try them out. They are there to service you in a pleasant atmosphere. 5 stars."

"My daughter made an appointment on line it said 4:30pn she left early to be there on time . Once she showed up they told her she had to wait an hour extra because they still were not finished with the person they had before I called them to tell them that wasn’t the right thing to do to keep my daughter their an hour no one should wait that long if it was a mistake on their online book an appointment. Trying to put the blame on my daughter that didn’t answer her phone Then because I called them to tell them they didn’t want to cut my daughters hair and send her back after one hour wait horrible customer service if they can’t take appointments don’t have an online booking service PERIOD"
