"Wonderful experience. Abigail provided me with a sample of a body butter that is amazing. My skin feels so soft. I also love the vitamin C serum for my face. I use the products twice a day and i used the facial device everynight. I am already looking younger."
"The facial was amazing! The place is so relaxing and calm. I love it and will be back soon. Thank you so much"
"Ladies please do not come here. There is one esthetician in the whole place which is a red flag in itself. The process was fast, the lady in the front rushed me in to get the facial. Which she is also very rude and pushy when trying to make you purchase serums and some magical light. Also very judgmental Could tell by the way she looks at you. Also Mold in the wall in the room where my facial was conducted. Honestly think they should close the place down, do that esthetician a favor. They do not treat her well from what I could see."
"I hesitated writing this because the girls were so nice. And this is in no way a reflection of them but more so the weird business they are running. I initially made an appointment because of an Instagram ad offering an $85 hydrafacial. It seemed like a steal as those are usually $250+. I booked right away for the next day as I’ve been needing a facial. Between the time I booked and the time I arrived I received 6-8 calls/texts in less than 12 hours from them double/triple confirming I was coming. They were even calling to check that I arrived while I was in the lounge area. The lady that did my facial was super sweet but I don’t feel like she was an actual esthetician (hate to say it!). I mean at one point she recommended that I use olive oil to treat my dry skin. Secondly, I’ve gotten plenty of facials and hydrafacials (usually at plastic surgeon offices/medspas) I’ve never scabbed over from the machine but I did this time. Like literal scabs from the microdermabrasion. At the end of the facial she used this light it seemed like such a cool little gadget and I made the mistake of saying “that’s a cool tool”. She mentioned I could buy it and I said “oh cool thank you!” As I was walking out the person who did my facial was telling the girl at the front desk that “I was interested in the light” and sure enough I ended up in the little room. Where I was sold a $8000 light for $2000. It was so uncomfortable. Exact same thing that happened to the others in the reviews. It’s such a weird and unfortunate experience. I would be super careful going here and falling for their promotions. I would hate for someone else to deal with the discomfort BUT also have a bad facial that could hurt their skin."
