"Nikki literally saved my life! Yesterday I had gotten a horrible haircut from an expensive place in LA. I went home and cried, I felt so confident and comfy with my hair before the haircut but I wanted a change. The stylist did the worst haircut you could imagine. Desperate, I found Nikki on yelp and scheduled an appointment. I showed up and we realized I had scheduled my appt on the wrong day, but Nikki was able to squeeze me in.
