"The worker said he didn’t let people under 18 in which is a dumb rule considering I know how much chaos there’s been but not all minors are like that and plus I came with open arms just trying to buy a hat for my little cousin and the worker told me people under 18 weren’t allowed plus the worker called me a morral when I didn’t even do anything I was just trying to buy a gift so 1 star I would give it no stars if I could"

"I came in on this Thursday afternoon 7/11 and there were two associates. The female associate totally ruined my experience at this Lids. She was cussing to her coworker and when I asked a question she was sassy. She clearly had no interest in her job. Totally unacceptable customer service. I didn’t end up buying anything since I’m treated much better at other lids."
