Reviews of Dental Playground
"Staff is unorganized multiple times I have updated insurance info and they continue to call asking for it. Even the day before my appointment that is today they confirmed that the insurance is verified then call to confirm appointment which I did and call back to ask for group ID number!!??? I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and the front desk becomes argumentative and hangs up. Can’t wait to show up there and speak to a manager in person I worked in customer service and this is the worst yet. Once they changed staff it went downhill"
"Bad experience bad customer service they are so rude can’t even greet you Goodmorning and they messsseddddddd uppppp My daughter mouth by hitting her nerve!!!!!!! Bad experience!!!!!"
"There horrible ,they mistreat my daughter And the Chinese doctor didn't want to admitted it my husband have to take care of my daughter they hurt her so much they dont know how to take care of kids ,the dentist remove a baby teeth to my daughter was horrible experience would never come back I look forward to speak someone Above that manager didn't know what they were doing to my daughter she explain everything Wrong she didn't have no idea , besides telling me to calm down and not making seem what they did to her"
"I had a 12pm appointment and got there at 11:45 am and my son didn’t get seen until 12:30 for x-rays so they asked us to wait a little longer and didn’t get called again until 1:00 pm and when the dentist saw him they discovered that he had a cavity but they could not treat him because they closed at 2pm. It was only 1:10 and they asked me to come back next week because the dentist assistants wanted to go home. I usually don't write reviews but the way this place treated us was very unprofessional."
"I’m truly not one to leave reviews, but I feel that there aren’t many reviews for this dental playground. We’ll start from the beginning. The front desk was fast and polite. The waiting was not long at all. They don’t have a big playground like other places I’ve seen, but my toddler was more than entertained with the play set they had. This was my babies first visit to the dentist so everything was difficult for her, as it is she doesn’t like going to doctor and we always have a hard time from vitals to physicals etc., but her pediatrician and medical assistants know her since she was born and we have established a wonderful relationship with them. Now on to the works. I’m currently pregnant, so I couldn’t hold my 2 yr old. Her dad had to do everything which was very difficult for him since he doesn’t like seeing his princess cry over anything. That is why he tends to not attend doctor appointments. He held her in his arms while they examined her for the x-rays and he was with her till it was time for her to get a filling on one of her teeth. The nice thing is that even though we aren’t allowed in the room while she is getting worked done we are able to stand outside of the room and see through a glass door. It is very difficult and sad to hear ones baby cry, but it is comforting to be able to stay close by and see her. The staff was friendly and fast it did take 3 people, but they were all attentive to her and talking to her nice and softly while doing the procedure they truly care to comfort ones baby. When we left she got a new toothbrush and toys. I’m not going to lie she didn’t take a nap which they all thought she was going to, but she had napped already earlier in the day. The cutest thing though my baby fell asleep playing with her toys that she was given. She played with them all day and night. She even took a shower with them."
