"My real name is Robert Miles Absolutely terrible experience with Allstate. My auto insurance premium doubled with no reasonable explanation. I called over 1 month before payment was due to have this problem reviewed and hopefully corrected. Was told nothing could be done and the only difference they see is that they can no longer give me the smart teen driver discount. This discount does not even come close to explaining why my premium was doubled. Needless to say I feel very ripped off. My money was stolen from this company. I have been a loyal customer for a very long time and always have paid my bills on time. This company has left me no choice. I must now shop for a new insurance provider and will move all my policies over to the new company and I will never return to Allstate."
