"It took over a month to get an appointment. After several unreturned phone calls, I went to the office and the first appointment was 5 weeks away at 2:00 PM. When I arrived at 2:00 PM the front door was locked. A minute later, after I tried to open the door and then returned to my car, a person cracked the door open for a moment. I finally met Maria, she asked a few questions and I explained that I was only in for a cleaning. She then proceeded to try and upsell and get a complete set of x-rays, etc. When I explained that I will get the additional work from another Dentist and all i came in for is a cleaning because I am upset with her office. Maria then told me to leave because I was going to file a complaint about her office. I explained that the complaint was based on her office and not her service as a dentist. She said she didn't care and for me to leave, which I did. On a side note: I did get a return call several days after my numerous calls and after I walked in to her office and set up this appointment. Maria maybe a good dentist - I'll never know!!!"
