"I’ve been coming here for a year and today they switched up the prices on me after getting my service. I was charged $30 to remove gel x nails. All they did was remove the gel x nails. No manicure, no new nail polish application, just the removal… which they forgot about when I scheduled my appointment and I had to wait for. Very overpriced, especially when the board with their prices shows a different amount than what I was charged. I felt like they were taking advantage of me because I “inconvenienced” them while they were getting busy with the nail removal services that they forgot about."
