She is extremely talented and a lovely, nice person. Before she cuts your hair she takes a picture to show you how much she plans on cutting, so you can agree before any trimming happens. I don't know how to talk about hair cuts, clearly, but I trust Soo to do what I want, and to also give me suggestions when I tell her I don't know exactly what I want."

"Rarely do you get a hairdresser like Jennifer who really listens to you but, at the same time, will suggest what cut may look better. She won't impose and very professional. One time she had to cut, color and put highlights on my hair (took 4 hours!) but she was very patient and supportive all the way. I have thick coarse hair that resists color!"
