"Honestly I was iffy about going here after reading reviews and I won’t be coming here after my first time. My experience wasn’t the best. The young man in the reception was very rude when I told him I had an appointment and apparently seemed to get upset at seeing I did have an appointment I guess because they did not have someone on sight to help me. I went in for a gel manicure and the lady who did my nails was sweet but the gel paint is chipping off already and it’s only been a week since I went. Like I’ve never had my gel polish chip so fast!! The job on my nails could’ve been better you can see streaks of the polish it was extremely rushed."
"Make sure you ask for the pricing up front otherwise they will overcharge you. Especially if you don’t agree with what they want!! I just left and will never be returning. I have been here multiple times with no issues until today. I went in to get a basic manicure and pedicure with gel polish. I wanted a simple French tip but instead of white I requested for it to be pink. The lady doing my manicure was unhappy about that. She made faces and kept trying to convince me that white was better even after I had explained to her what I wanted 3 times. She then continued to have a bad attitude throughout the entire service. After she begrudgingly agreed to do a pink French tip, her and the other woman doing my pedicure were asking which spa package I wanted. Mind you, some of these are extra on top of the pedicure/manicure. They were pushing for me to do the $45-55 package for both but I declined and stated that I just wanted the basic one for both. Now, they always do this and I always decline so that wasn’t really an issue. What was an issue, is the amount they charged. At the end of the service, the lady doing manicure was fixing a few mistakes she had made. I was unhappy with my nails but instead of vocalizing that, I just made a mental note to never return. She told the front desk representative the price for my manicure and pedicure instead of writing it down on the receipt. They charged me $100!! Like I said, I had gone to them multiple times. I have gotten the same manicure/pedicure, I’ve gotten French tip in a different color, they have needed to remove my previous color, so I know the small charges they do for their services and never has it ever come out to $100 dollars. At this point, I was just upset with the service and results so I pay and walkout. After giving it some thought, I return and speak with the owner/manager, Kenny and the front desk rep. I let them know I never received my receipt and would like an itemized receipt of the services performed so I’m able to understand why the pricing is now $100. I would understand if their prices had gone up but I was not told anything nor was that the reason I was given. Instead, the owner ends up placing the blame on the front desk representative and claims HE was the one who over charged me, not the other ladies. After going back and forth he did not provide me with any receipt, he only gave me a $10 refund. I didn’t want to keep going back and forth with him, so I accepted it. . I apologized to the front desk representative because I knew it wasn’t his doing. He even defended himself and told the owner, “I swear that’s the pricing the told me to charge.” Terrible."
"After going to this Nail Salon a couple years ago I refuse to go anywhere else! Sophia is amazing at doing all my nail designs but everyone there does beautiful work and is always so sweet every time I come in. It’s so hard to find somewhere that does a great job every time but this is the one! I highly recommend coming here! I’ve gotten all of my family to start coming here and they love it as well."
