"I hate getting my nails done. It gives me anxiety. I always come out of the situation bleeding because the technician didn't listen to what I wanted. Nail Oasis had such lovely staff. They walked me through everything and maybe saw how nervous/ignorant I was about getting my nails done. They didn't try to upsell me on anything, just gave me the services I asked for. I was very nervous about my cuticles getting cut because that's usually when others cause cuts/bleeding. The tech was so gentle about it after I explained why I didn't want it cut. My nails are so pretty because of her. Unfortunately, I didn't get any names. I was just so nervous, but they really made it so much better for me. The best experience I ever had, so I'll be back for sure! Thank you!"

"My mom and I have come to this place for many years and their services were satisfactory at best. Yesterday my mother comes in very stressed from having a surgery this weekend and tried to relax a little. She came in and had to make a QUICK phone call to make sure nail polish was approved for her surgery, after the owner finished her toes. The owner starts SCREAMING at her for being on the phone and told her to get out of her salon and "I no wait for you on phone" "you leave!!". She screamed at her and forced her to go to the back and wash her hands - while still yelling at her to leave. My mom was in tears and asked for a paper towel just to wipe off her hands the owner screamed "you go over there! You get yourself!" My mom STILL PAID AND TIPPED HER and came home sobbing! She is a cancer survivor and had to go through all of these procedures to get this surgery and she didn't want to cause any issues. After all of the business we have given this business we are shocked at the disgusting attitude of the owner. We will never be back again! Unless you want to deal with rude staff, high prices, and stress out during a time that is supposed to be relaxing go somewhere else!!!"
