Zia Threading

"They are not a shaping eyebrow place. They never cut my eyebrows before or after threading. They never get every hair threaded out. I always have to pluck when I get home. I have full eyebrows. They just "clean up" if you are in a hurry, go, if you want your eyebrows to be shaped and styled, don't go."

"The space was very clean, and the atmosphere was nice. I called and made an appointment. I showed up 15 minutes early to my 5:30 appointment and was booked for a full facial service. The lady doing the threading asked me after she finished if everything looked okay I asked for a few minor touch ups that were missed and the person doing the threading let out a long sigh. I felt awful for even asking but told her I'd pay extra for her to do it because it was 6:03, I was the last appointment, and it was the end of the day. Personally, she seemed more bugged that I asked her to do a touch up even though she asked if I was okay with it. I still paid extra, but I won't be back. I don't think the customer is always right; however, it sucks when you ask the customer if there's anything missing, and then make the customer feel bad for even asking."

"This place is pretty new. I came here for the first time and she did an excellent job with my eyebrows. Pretty affordable. Eyebrows and upper lip $20. Very cute place. Nicely decorated. She was really nice. I'll definitely come back."

"The waits are long and the staff don’t really listen to what you want but it is a good place overall. Make sure to look in the mirror and if you see any stragglers ask the technician to thread them off. I will try to go again when it isn’t as busy and hopefully they will do a better job of not rushing."

"I've been coming with them since their location in the mall and I always have a wonderful result. Depending on the day you go it's not too busy. They are always nice and take into consideration what I ask for. The place is always clean and I've never had an issue. Also if you get their Eyebrow Shaping Reward card your 10th visit is free."
