"I wouldn't recommend this place. The whole experience was just messy from the interior to the nail samples to the end result. I kept having to ask the nail technician to do things that I would expect to be standard such as applying polish all the way to the edge of my nail and filing my nails evenly. After the third time of asking her to even out my nails and having her saw away at the edges instead until I nearly bled, she blamed it on my nails being too short. I always wear my nails the same length and have never had such issues getting a decent end result."

"Worst place to get your nails done by far. I've had acrylic nails for many years. I've never had such a painful experience in my life. They literally where ripping my nails off. I've never had someone ripping my nails off for a fill before. It was ridiculously painful I couldn't take it anymore. I had to walk out with only one hand cut up and bleeding. Horrifying!"

"I got my nails done there today and the people there were very rude. I was trying to show the man what shape I wanted but whenever I asked him to do it he didn’t answer me. Also before they even started on my nails I showed him a picture asking if he can do a spider web design, he said yes. When we get to the part where he needs to do the design he painted it on then took it off around 10 times. I was so mad because the whole point I went to get my nails done was to get a design for a Halloween party I was going to. They then decided to charge me extra, on the board it said $45-$50 for a full gel set, but they told me $70. I asked why they charged an extra $20 and they said to shape the nails. Shaping the nails should be included in the price. I ended up getting all black nails very disappointed in the finished result. They were also very unprofessional with a dirty work space and rude workers. Definitely not going there again."

"I ended up not liking how it turned out, at first when they finished I didn’t think it was that bad but now that I see it in better lighting I don’t like it. I asked if they knew how to do this type of ombré they said yes and ended up messing it up. Some nails are totally different sizes and the lady was barely even checking to see if it looked right. Now I’m going to have to paint over it and fix the sizes so the hands match. I’m sure they know how to do nails they just didn’t know how to do this one but they should’ve communicated that with me, there was no communication."

"Amy is incredible! Great attention to detail on my acrylic nails. She was incredibly thorough. Listened to what I wanted and kept checking with me to make sure I was happy with how they were turning out! Pedicures are also amazing. Took the time to make sure they looked good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"
