"They cut my skin leaving me bleeding while filing my nails and lied about the color they’re putting on my nails (I asked for bubble bath and they put on a brown neutral color). When I respectfully let them know that the color they put on my nails is not the color I asked for(bubble bath), they kept lying saying yes it’s bubble bath. After I paid, I let the person at the front know that im disappointed they didn’t put the color I wanted on my nails and he admitted it’s because they ran out of bubble bath. I’m paying for a service - in what world is it okay to lie to your customers about what you’re giving them in return for their money?"

"Bad place! Dirty! Bad customer service! Bad atmosphere! They are willing to get clients only if they like it. But if you have a comment and want to fix something or change a nail shape they’re starting to be very not nice! Imagine all I asked is to change my nail shape to something else cas I didn’t like how the lady did it. And I asked nice even though she wasn’t nice hearing I wasn’t satisfied with the way she filed my nails. Then they started talking in their language In front of me and then send their employee to tell me to find somewhere else to do my nails next time. If you as an owner can’t get a client asking you to fix a shape and you are getting angry by that then serving clients is not for you. They are rude and not being nice. This review might help them understand what clients are looking for. They made me feel humiliated and that’s not a place I will step my foot ever again! Especially the owner and Kathy."

"First time I came here a couple months ago i got a gel mani and it was great, well done and lasted. Today I called ahead and went in for a mani and a pedi and the man who did my pedicure was amazing, the woman who did my nails and my moms pedi sped through both, cut my nails down so short without my permission and filed them into uneven squares all to go do her coworkers nails. my nails were so long and I was growing them out and now have to start all over because she was in such a hurry to do her friends nails. Extremely disappointed"

"My wife went in to get a manicure and pedicure. Three hours later, she comes home with four cuts on her heels and I'll polish job that looks like it was done by a child. Wanting the sns treatment, The salon quickly responded saying that this was something that they offered. I would later find out that this was not true. The first indication was that it took them at least 45 minutes to remove a previous S&S manicure that my wife had. If they knew what they were doing, this would typically take them 15 minutes or less. While they are attempting to take off my nail polish, they were slathering on cuticle cream and oil all over my feet and legs. By the time they were done, my heels or cut up and I had oil all over my legs. As for my nails, it was evident that my. Technician did not know what she was doing. The manager had to intervene on multiple occasions and the treatment that was being the treatment that was being applied was not the SNS that I had requested. At the end of this three hour ordeal, I had to request the technician to file my nails which is something I never had to do before. Needless to say, the next day my wife's nails or chipped. With all the nail salons in the area, it might be wise to take your business elsewhere."
