"I brought my 78 year old mother and mother in law there for a basic trim and blowdry. They charged me $100 each and it literally took them 15 min. They called it a "designer haircut" and the blow-dry the called a "style blowdry". They should be called Fantastic SCAM. TOTALBAIT AND SWITCH...NEVER AGAIN"

"I just had the worst haircut of my entire life at this fantastic Sams. I walked in and showed Nona pictures of me after recent haircuts that I’ve been happy with in the past, so she had a reference to what I like. I have longer hair than normal And said to her I like to have nice height on top as well as extra length in the back, and she proceeded to cut most of all my hair off. I’ve never had my hair cut this short in my entire life and I am absolutely in shock. I just can’t believe how someone who considers them self a professional would do this to a new client. Well, I will never go back there again, if it was the last place on earth."

"They are so unprofessional. They didn’t even clean stains on my face. Initially they gave me Kleenex to clean my nose by myself!!!!She didn’t put any cream on my forehead before coloring my hair. stains are all over my ears, forehead,… they told me have ever colored before, looks like they can not even recognize that my hairs colored before. She even asked me for tip to put on my card!!!!I think one star is too much for this place, so disappointed…"

"Told me after they dyed my hair the cost, which was $300. Not professional at all, the woman there kept talking over me when I was trying to explain what I wanted. I spent an hour crying after getting home because I didn’t even like the highlights which cover my entire head. Unless you are their family they will rip you off don’t go here. I should’ve just looked up a diy video on YouTube"
