"Disappointing Experience with My Dentist's Reception Veronica I have been a loyal patient at this dental practice for over 11 years, but unfortunately, I recently had a disappointing experience with the receptionist Veronica that compelled me to share my thoughts. Firstly, I was charged an unauthorized amount on my debit card, which caused financial strain for me. I tried to explain the situation, but instead of understanding my circumstances, the receptionist insisted on being stern and doing what she believed was necessary. I understand the importance of adhering to policies, but I feel that there was a lack of empathy and willingness to find a suitable solution. In my defense, I have been dealing with personal matters, such as my father's estate, which has resulted in unexpected expenses and financial challenges. I am not unwilling to pay the balance I owe; it is merely a matter of timing and prioritizing my payments based on my current circumstances. What disappoints me the most is that I have been visiting a different location of this dental practice for the past six years, and yet, I was never informed about this outstanding balance until now. If they had reached out to me earlier or communicated this matter effectively, I would have addressed it promptly. It is disheartening to feel that my loyalty as a long-term patient has been disregarded, especially when I have been diligent in seeking dental care. I believe that patient communication and understanding should be key priorities for any healthcare provider. I hope my feedback serves as an opportunity for the practice to reassess its communication and customer service protocols. As a patient who has been with them for more than a decade, I genuinely hope they can rectify these issues and ensure a better experience for others in the future."
