"Around 3 years ago I use to come here all the time for a haircut. But I never came came back because the customer service was so bad on one of the stylists named Carmen. One day I tried trimming my bangs at home the way I wanted, and I came to the salon to get some touch ups to make it even. I want to note that I came to my appointment with my friend. I told Carmen what I wanted and when she saw my hair she lectured me about how much of a horrible job I did and said "I would know, I'm a professional". To make it worse she pulled my friend to the side and showed her a strand of my hair saying "look at how bad and uneven it is". I didn't pay her to humiliate me and lecture me in front of my friend. I payed her to even out my hair. When someone goes to you for help you don't do that. She needs to be fired."

"We have been to this place on two different occasions now, once for my pre-teen, and once for my wife. Carmen gave my wife and child awesome haircuts, and I felt welcome by all even though I wasn't getting any services. In addition to the great haircuts they were given, they both felt comfortable. Carmen gave some helpful and practical suggestions for hair care specific to their needs. The studio is clean and everyone cares about keeping everyone safe during this pandemic. "DEBRA!! I go to her for multiple services such as waxing and eyelash extensions. Her quality of work is amazing. I have absolutely loved my EYELASHES every time that I have gone to her. Two weeks ago I got them done for my graduation pictures and they still look great. I have gotten so many compliments on them! They definitely give me an extra boost of confidence.
