"I hate leaving poor reviews but i'm still frustrated so it's happening- I was a walk in but if you have appts booked, don't take walk in because the walk in is then taking up staff and a seat so that when appt walks in they have to wait. But you don't want appts to have to wait so i ended up getting screwed. My mani/pedi was so rushed that i wasn't given any time to allow my toes to dry - i was literally rushed out of the chair so the next person could start within a minute of him putting top coat on. My gel mani is uneven (and side note, not only did my cuticle bleed but the filing tool burned - which is probably why the gel is now totally uneven). I have polish on my curicle area because she didn't have time to clean them up. The water for pedi wasn't warm, the scrub to smooth my heels wasn't done long enough to make a difference- i know I sound like a 'karen' but it was honestly a bad experience all around this isnt the first time I've had a poor experience here but i abstain from rating. Every 6 months or so i give them another shot because I live close and everytime I'm reminded why I usually drive out to T.O. to get my nails done The one good thing is that staff are nice people and i always see their return customers come in who seem to like this salon so... idk. Sorry for the bed review i just, today was not a great experience"

"They had great colors to choose from but I don’t know what the lady did to my nails. I dried them for the correct amount of time she told me to. I even waited several minutes longer yet look at the paint job I got. Very disappointed."

"I drove from Fillmore to get my nails here for about 6 months now. Will change this review if I ever have a negative experience but they are always are so kind to my daughter who’s young and let her be with mom while I get my nails done. Other places don’t do that. They go above and beyond."
