"I really can't recommend them highly enough. I have had several procedures at this office, or the one in Simi, over the last many years and they have all been smooth, as painless as possible, and fast. The people are all invariably kind and considerate, and I like that they check in with you following a procedure to make sure you're recovering and don't have questions or concerns. Today my childcare fell through, so I found it necessary to bring my 4 year old with me to a root canal retreatment. It's not an ideal situation but everyone was completely understanding and accommodating. They found headphones and a jack for his tablet and they were all so kind to him. They were worried he'd be scared but due to their compassion and care he wasn't in the least. On our way home he said he had fun!"

"Very negative and highly unethical experience. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Upon checking three times with the office, they stated the insurance would cover 80% of the procedure. After the procedure was done a week later, they sent a bill for the full amount for the procedure, stating that the insurance policy had changed and I am to pay for the rest of the bill out of my pocket. Not one person mentioned calling the insurance company. No apology or not even slight accountability of any kind for misleading and misinformation; and a $2,000 bill that now has to be paid out of pocket a week later. Terrible and unethical establishment."
