"The staff were kind, sweet and attentive. The office wasclean and small.There were certificates of completion of a DDS that was only available 2 days of the week. No certificates displayed of DDS that were actually working on all their hours of operation. This was a concern. Due to failure of previous DDS, I was cautious and knew pretty much what I wanted. The DDS who served me informed me that she advised against me getting what I wanted and refused to comply with my wishes. I was also promised a copy of the xrays taken and was also promised a copy of the total of what she thought would be best for me. They refused to give me an estimate on the cost of what I requested. After leaving this establishment, I did not get any estimates or copies of any I requested."
