"Loved this place for a few years why I give 2 and not 0. But over the years I developed gum recession. But no deep cleaning or methods recommended till I need to have gum graft surgery to fix it. While the staff is friendly and helpful unfortunately the mix of dentist in and out of this practice lead me to find a different dentist to go with."

"This place is a ripoff. They always tell you that you need an expensive procedure (not true). They did a bridge for me less than 2 years ago and it failed. Now they say I need implants. I have one other bridge from another dentist that has lasted over 50 years with no problems. They have a bait and switch/upsell philosophy. Poor workmanship: constant rotation of inexperienced dentists right out of dental school. Whatever you do, get a second opinion because it will save you money."

"I was a bit nervous coming to this place as I have always gone to the same practice since I was five. My first experience here was for a teeth cleaning for my daughter. The hygienist was wonderful. I told her my daughter was being bullied for her teeth and she was encouraging and positive. She also was very thorough with her work. My next appt was for a consult with the ortho. This appt was a disaster and my daughter left crying. Red flag number one. We came back this week to move forward with treatment- my daughter and I agreed to one of the recommendations made by the ortho. Office called morning of and asked if we could come in earlier than scheduled appt. We did. Ortho didn’t meet with us until original appt time and when we told her what we decided by her recommendations she insisted the work would be compromised and she wouldn’t guarantee her work. She wanted me to sign a contract that indicated we disagreed with oral surgery. This was not even an option. I indicated her contract was null and void since it was written wrong. She told me she understood my legal background- I do not have one. She then indicated she needed to consult with the office manager. She came back and told me I should go somewhere else as she was not able to meet my expectations. Ii cancelled all future appts."

"Like most people, I have anxiety with dental work due to extensive dental procedures I had when I was younger. I had to replace 3 silver fillings that were wearing down my enamel. Dr. Ghaffar and Marika made me feel very comfortable and calm throughout the whole procedure. They made the crowns in house and I didn’t have to get temporaries and come back. Marika was very efficient and took such good care of me. She is very knowledgeable and made me feel confident that I was getting good care. Dr. Ghaffar performed the restorative quickly and I barely felt it when she was giving me local anesthetic. I was able to eat ice cream the next day without much sensitivity around the area despite having 3 tooth worked on. 10/10 would recommend."

"Useless unprofessional practice. Went once late 2021 to do a checkup and schedule a deep cleaning. They did the X-rays etc and said rather than doing deep cleaning, remove my wisdom teeth first - makes no sense. Scheduled me for a wisdom removal in December end so as to exhaust my insurance money - when it wasn’t even needed, or urgent. Clear focus to try and maximize their reimbursements. The reception staff was quite rude and unprofessional. The dentist who came to speak with me and provided a consultation seemed… greasy. Not sure how else to put it, very well dressed but clear that the motivation was financial, not care. Canceled my wisdom tooth extraction before the procedure, and never went back to that place. The reviewers are totally justified. There are enough five star places around, avoid this one!"
