"I found Downtown Psychiatric Services by reading some reviews online and decided to give them a shot. If there's one thing I know, it's that you have to be very careful with low reviews in mental health. At this point, I'm a year in and I can confidently say...Y'all pay no attention to any review that says these ladies are not wonderful. They are kind and genuinely care about their patients. The price you pay for services here isn't even up to them. Everyone's insurance charges a different contracted rate. Even I know that. The staff have always been so sweet to me. I've never had a problem getting my refills. I usually have to wait 24 hours, but I'm fine with that. If you are good to others, they will be good to you. You can't go in somewhere throwing a tantrum and expect to get your way. I've seen people do it. It's crazy. I recommend DPS to everyone."
