"Worst company ever they call there selves trying to do business up here they reached out to me July 18th about a job normal jobs get you credentialed in it's August 8th now. They say they don't run background checks the facility does really that's strange I do paperwork with Brandi the best thing going for this company. Last week have convo with owner the facility does interview but I did interview with yal but the facility does interview he stated he called the guy from the job site no he did not didn't leave text or call phone I know other people who applied and they complain about the same thing the owner and the boss want you to wait for the facility to call no one is doing that it takes 2 weeks to run the background un professional and not honest when doing business people quit th there regular job to accommodate this confusion of a business they don't have there ducks in a row and don't lime to be honest about it. There company ain't even that big and they have no clue what is going o honesty should always be practiced when doing business. Brandi should own company she does a better job at being transparent"

"This company plays the blame game, time and time again, after the drop the ball. Communication is slim to none. Beware of signing a contract with this subcontractor agency. Once you've completed your contract they will block you from accepting other contracts, by refusing to release you, although you were a contractor and not their employee. If you have other opportunities, take them. Don't get trapped like some of us did!"

"This company is an amazing company to work for. While working for Essential Healthcare Solution I was managed by great leaders. I learned a lot, and I was promoted to a lead while being employed. The leadership team is well organized, very knowledgeable, hands on, supportive, and caring. The leadership team goes above and beyond to ensure a great working environment for all employees while driving positive production. I never worked for a better company. I love the people!!!"

"I worked a traveling contract for them. They seemed unorganized at times with my onboarding to get me to work. I put my two week notice in at my prior job and was under the impression I would be able to get to work when I was done at my job. I had waited a week and a half past my two week notice to get an answer or have someone contact me with the details of when I’d actually start work. My assignment got switched back and forth as well from Boise area(my desired area of travel) to Twin falls in Idaho which was over two hours away. Unfortunately I felt there was a huge lack of transparency and just being honest about certain keys aspects of the contract. I do not recommend working through this company."
