"Dr. Carson is great--I could go on and on about how wonderful she is. Always a pleasure working with her and she takes great strides to make sure her patients are comfortable. I spent almost two years with her office. However, her staff has left much to be desired. Was left feeling completely disrespected and Maria, the woman on the phone, told me she "just doesn't see it", while talking over me and telling me I was being "too emotional". When I told her she herself was making me feel disrespected, Maria said she "can't control how others feel", and continued trying to talk over me. I'm stunned. I've never had such an awful experience with a healthcare provider, and that is saying a lot. I hope Dr. Carson finds team that better suits her--she's truly amazing, and doesn't deserve to have her business undercut by a clearly dissatisfied and mean-hearted person like Maria."
