"This is not the place to work. If you are looking for a long-term career, they say they’re professional, but they are far from it. They say you have a set schedule, but when you go in, they expect you to work anytime they need you or swap shifts or work multiple companies if they are short staffed. They give you a few days off, but if you don’t give them either a month notification or emergency comes up it is not acceptable. I did love working because I could get the long hours but when emergency come up, I was let go with no questions ask after putting three years in with the company. Upper management will talk about you and belittle you and the only good reviews on here are the people that are still there because management asked them to go put good reviews on here"

"Mgmnt chgd. Fired employee laison. They don’t care about employees any more. They started begging ppl to work different days. Then when you finally concede and change your hours permanently to help them and then the days you changed from, they need people again because the volume is back up. This is a changing business. It’s insurance claims. It’s going to be inconsistent. It’s beginning to feel like employees are just being used. There’s no consideration for your days off. They’re continually asking you on off days to log In and work. And then you feel guilty or possibly like they could let you go if you aren’t company concentric. Employees have a life outside of work and that needs to be respected. And guys when you got to go pee ya gotta go and you don’t schedule break’s and get hacked because to many people are on break. People have to go to the bathroom when they gotta go. And pee breaks aren’t supposed to be part of your real break…"
