"Very disappointed as I have been a loyal customer for 10+ years- Most of the time I’ll make an appointment. It was my birthday week, instead I walked. I went 2 days in a row and no haircut. The woman who does nails is super rude and will charge you the second time around a higher price than your first visit. The salon could be a lot cleaner also, I think the dark lighting is to cover up the dust and filth. Thanks Salon by Q!"
