"Subscription scam - Buyer beware!!! My fiancée and I went to the physical store to CANCEL his subscription in person, second attempt. My fiancee was allowed to pick 6 "free" items since he was overcharged for 6 months. I picked a few items and paid with my card under my fiancee's account (they told me it was ok). After the transaction he CANCELLED his subscription again (in person this time). I am now being charged the subscription amount, $59.95, monthly!! They are telling me I do not have an account open with them on the phone!! also, they cannot discuss my fiancee's account since I am not an authorized user on his account BUT they are running my card every month, no problem. I am reporting them to my bank and will report them to the Better Business Bureau..."

"The clothing is good quality but the local stores have a sub par selection of men's clothing. You predominantly need to order men's clothing off their website. Normally I wouldn't have an issue with online orders but the customer service for the website is absolutely atrocious. It's really disappointing because the clothing is great. The first time I cancelled my membership was because of the online customer service. I was planning to sign back up after taking a year off but when I tried to sign back up I ran into the same customer service issues as before. Your brand is only as strong as the people who represent you. Step it up"

"Astounding customer service. Nehla, Meg and Ashley were all super helpful, gracious and lovely. The products are great and priced better than some competitors. I like that they are designed for various body types AND the employees have various body types. Most of the complains in the reviews have to do with folks problems with the membership- that really has nothing to do with what happens on the ground in Fashion Valley. This store is awesome."

"I love fabletics! I’ve been a member for years now. People need to read about the membership before signing up for it and you also need to know how to use it. It’s simple and great, when I wanna skip the month I just do it, I have an alarm on my phone every month for it. They have lots of sales non stop and I love that with one credit you can go to the outfits and bundle and get a bunch of pieces for one credit only. As I said, you need to know how to use the membership which is not that hard if you know how to read ❤️"
