"I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Shirani. Dr. Shirani is an excellent dentist and went above and beyond to make sure I receive the needed care. I explained to him how in the past I had some issues getting numbed and he made me feel comfortable and came up with a great treatment plan that worked. The entire experience in this office was amazing. The lady who called to confirm my appointment was polite and caring, the people in the front office answered all my questions and provided an excellent experience with a smile on their face. Dr. Shirani explained to me what was happening throughout the entire procedure and let me know what was going to happen every step of the way. His assistant was very professional and efficient. Going to the dentist for a root canal in general isn't the most enjoyable experience but Dr. Shirani and his staff made this a truly enjoyable process. I was nervous going into my first appointment but walked away so happy. Now two weeks after the procedure I'm so happy I went to Dr. Shirani and this office for my dental work. It's hard to come across an office where every single person you interact with is professional, polite, and makes you feel good about your experience; however, this office does this and more. Dr. Low was very thorough in his exam and consultation, fully explained what was going on with my tooth, and laid out a few options. As I have no dental insurance, the staff was very transparent with the full cost and went over all of it with me before I agreed to have work done.
