"Mindblowing Rude. Called to ask how long they remain open today (Friday) and instead of asking what I plan on doing (mani/ pedi) she just gruffly responded “I don’t have time today!” And hung up. The hours of this business aren’t posted here so I still needed that information - so I called back again, trying to find whether they can give me an appointment and how long they are usually open - and again, Miss Kathy yelled “What you need? Do you want appointment?” Stunned, I asked whether she’s usually this rude with customers and she hung up again. That’s the level of business and care you’re going to get."
