"Another successful dentist visit for the family. Love our dentist and staff. Makes us feel like we should be having coffee (yeah even with teeth cleaning) and chatting away. Dr. Prasad and staff really make you feel like family. Never selling something you don't need, always presenting you with several options for treatment. Third kid needs wisdom teeth pulled, but Dr. Prasad took time to explain why. Honestly, always look forward to dentist appointments. See you in 6 months."

"Like most I dread the dentist. In fact I've avoided it for more years than I'd care to admit. One of my wisdom teeth started bothering me and I knew it couldn't be ignored. I started looking around online for someone close by (I live close to a number of medical offices) and reading reviews. Dr Prasad's reviews stood out and based on what I read I gave them a call. He does have a receptionist, but I ended up talking to him on the phone. He's got a great demeanor on the phone, and to my surprise I was able to fill out all the forms online before my visit, a huge plus for me. When I arrived at the office I just had to sign two forms and everything was set. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment and didn't have to wait hardly any time at all. Meeting him in person was just as great on the phone. He took his time and explained everything to me, gave me advice and suggestions and made me feel very comfortable and like I was talking to a friend. And, the room had a nice view out on to the street with some trees! Although this was my first visit and was only an exam with follow up work to be scheduled, I had a great experience and for once will actually look forward to going to the dentist"
