"I have been visiting this office for around 3 years. Once the practice was sold I saw significant changes. In my opinion they aren't transparent with their pricing for additional services. I recently got a scan done in case I decided to get retainers. I said I would only do the scan if it was free. At the end of the visit, after I'd already paid my co-pay, the front desk requested that I pay $750 for the retainers. I let them know I hadn't decided yet. They then told me if I didn't decide to purchase the retainers that I had to pay for the scans. The scans are only good for 3 days. The business model here has changed. Before the ownership changed I felt confident that there was pricing transparency, and that they were looking out for my best interests. I no longer feel the same."

"I've been going to this dentist office for a few years, and actually used to love this dentist office. Doctor Fox and Christina the Dental Hygenist are super nice, professional, and very good at what they do. Unfortunately I had a horrible experience with Jennifer at the front desk, similar to other reviews. When I called to ask questions about my bill and why I was billed so much more for a crown than in the past, Jennifer immediately became defensive, and wouldn't let me even get in a word. She obviously didn't like people asking her about cost discrepancies. She began telling me about how tired she was of dealing with ALL of these people that didn't understand their dental insurance costs, and that it was MY JOB to look up the charges instead of asking her. A few weeks later, after my regular cleaning, they invoiced me for a cleaning that should have been completely covered by my insurance, for the first time in 3 years. After I called to find out what happened, I was told that they purposely deleted all my insurance information and cancelled all my appointments. During the conversation, Jennifer began berating me, told me I was not aloud to speak, threatened that she would hang up on me and not bill my insurance for the cleaning that should have been covered, and then hung up on me twice. Although she is the one bullying customers (as most of the YELP reviews have stated), she tried to say that I was being rude to her. This is one of the worst customer service I have ever experienced, VERY unprofessional. Unfortunately after this, I will be looking for a new dentist."

"We are so fortunate to have signed up with Signature Dental. It was a great and meaningful experience meeting the staff and most notably Dr. Duarte. She did a terrific job taking care of my needs, explaining everything and making plans for future dental work."

"I have had a really good experience with Signature Dental. First my husband went, he felt very confident with them, then I went too. The office staff is very friendly, Jennifer really knows insurances and how things work, very knowledgeable, very understanding. My Dentist was very nice and I really like the plan we've come up with. I just want to mention, when I needed a Dentist, they answered the phone, I didn't have to leave a message or go through a lot of prompts. Tony was awesome. Finally found us a new dentist!"
