"I have my Aligner and braces for teeth correction here. I am very very very upset with their services!!! The experience is just terrible! I called multiple times regarding to the submission of my claim to my insurance and it takes forever for them to work on it!!!! I started in November 2023 and now is end of Feb 2024 and I see nothing update with my insurance reimbursement!!! Also, if you believe what they told you that they will get you back soon, you are too naive!!! Every single time I have a question or request, all they can tell me is “we will get back to you later today”. One week later, you never ever get any updates about your question. They have multiple clinics in the Bay Area. But it is difficult to schedule for the Santa Clara one! I have to drive more than one hour just for 10 mins visit in the SF clinic! Parking is extremely difficult in downtown SF! A lot of inconveniences for me! It was a very terrible experience and I will not consider this clinic if I have a second chance."
