"I ordered 2 shirts and 3 headbands on 1/31, they switch the headband color after I paid, didn’t mail it for weeks. I was down there on the 2/17, they said it was mailed the day before, 2/16, and they would refund me the headbands. Unnecessary lie, they could have just handed them to me there, they didn’t mail it until the 20th, with no headbands of course. But if it was already mailed the day before, 2/16, how did they manage to take the headbands out??? Unnecessary lies, just tell you haven’t mailed and we can go from there. Completely unprofessional 0/5 customer service. That’s the service, the product is good. Great shirts and graphics, true to fit, and don’t fade. 50/50 if I will every order from them again."

"Everytime they run a giveaway someone connected to them wins it. Most companies have a policy friends and families of employees can't win, but every winner of represent contest are gym members or people they already personally know. Basically it's a way to hook their friends up but generate tons of activity on their pages from randoms who don't know the giveaways are always rigged."
