"Dr. Yoo was an excellent Orthodontist for my daughter! I like that it is a small office and Dr. Yoo's wife works in the office as well. They actually care about their patients unlike other orthodontists that just seem like businesses. The office is in a convenient location near California Avenue in Palo Alto and was biking distance from my children's school. I rarely had to attend appointments as my kids were able to go by themselves. We were able to schedule by text which made things easy."

"This is honestly one of the worst orthodontists I've been to. My kid got braces a few years back and anytime he would complain to Dr. Yoo he would brush it off and make it seem like you knew nothing. My son is very careful with how he eats with braces, yet he had 8 braces fallen off in total, and only two were replaced (which fell off, no surprise there). He originally told my child when he was a year into the process that he would get his braces off in a month. My son was very happy about that, however, around two appointments after, Dr. Yoo said he wouldn't get them off for another seven months. This was bad news to my son. Dr. Yoo claimed that it was due to him losing brackets, which slow down the process. I know that is a fact, but why didn't he replace the brackets in the first place? He also uses a very dismissive tone as if he doesn't want to speak to you. He ignores questions at al costs as if you are a pain to him. These braces were so expensive and I can't believe that we didn't even get proper treatment. It feels like I got scammed. Overall, Evergreen Park Dental is a very unprofessional place and I highly recommend going someplace else."
