"The whole team doesn't have a great bedside manner. As a new patient, moving from out of state, Dr Sahdev never asked me about my history or looked at charts from previous dentists. He made a lot of assumptions about the state of my teeth/mouth health without discovering all the things I've done to mitigate some of my bone loss and gum recession. He said things that contradict what two of my former trusted dentists have told me in the past. They have a unique way of cleaning that I haven't experienced before and my teeth haven't felt clean the last two times after a cleaning appointment. They don't do anything for sensitive teeth and when they clean they put a block in between your teeth which I find uncomfortable."
