He sits and listens to what your issue or dental history calmly then he tells you what he thinks you should do and explains what the issues or process will be. This shouldn’t really be shocking except that dentists that actually explain what they are going to do, not just “you need a crown,” are hard to find. He’s also not rushing away or trying to upsell you things, which I appreciate as well."
